Your US Privacy Choices
This page primarily covers privacy choices relating to the Mosey mobile app and your Mosey account. The public Mosey website is a static informational site and does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or similar technology to sell/share visitor personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
App advertising and targeted-advertising choices
Depending on the app technologies enabled, your state and whether the relevant privacy law applies to Mosey, you may have a right to opt out of sale/sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Mosey does not sell personal information for money, but certain app advertising or attribution disclosures can be treated as a âsaleâ or âsharingâ under some state laws.
Use the applicable privacy control presented in the Mosey app/account where available, or email [email protected] with the subject US App Privacy Opt-Out. Include your state of residence and account email if you have an account.
Website Global Privacy Control
The static public Mosey website currently does not perform advertising, sale/sharing or targeted-advertising processing that a Global Privacy Control (âGPCâ) signal would need to switch off. Mosey does not treat the absence of such processing as permission to ignore universal opt-out requirements: if covered website processing is introduced, applicable GPC/universal opt-out handling will be implemented before that processing begins. App-level opt-out requests can be made using the controls or privacy email described above.
Access, correction, deletion and portability
Email [email protected] to request access/knowledge, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal or an appeal where those rights apply. State your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise. We will not require you to create a new account solely to exercise a privacy right.
Health/activity information
Apple Health/HealthKit and Health Connect activity data is not provided to advertising or offerwall providers for advertising, targeting or profiling. Washington and Nevada residents should also read the separate consumer-health-data policies linked from the US footer.
